From User Home Page go to Manage League > Modify League Settings

The coach conflict gap is the minimum number of minutes that are allowed for a coach to travel between fields. If two games occur on different fields, and the same coach is coaching a team in each game, a potential coach conflict will be detected unless the second game starts at least this number of minutes after the end of the first game.
